Hatton Parkinson Associates was established in 1986 by Jim Hatton and Arthur Parkinson, both professional managers with a long established background in Management Consultancy.  Prior to setting up the business, Jim and Arthur were involved in some of the pioneering implementations of BS5750 (predecessor to ISO 9000) in the early 1980's.  Following many implementations it was recognised that contrary to the popular opinion of the time ISO 9001 could be successfully and beneficially applied to businesses of all sizes.  Since its creation the company has developed a unique and practical approach to the installation of  Quality Management Systems which are easy to apply while meeting all the requirements of the standard.  An approach which  maximizes the benefits gained while minimising disruption.

The success of this approach has enabled the company to grow such that today their are over 30 Hatton Parkinson Consultants working on a variety of projects throughout the UK. The company has a policy of continuous improvement to ensure its services continue to best meet the needs of its clients
